Top 5 Air Travel Apps in Hungary Q2 2023

In Q2 2023, the air travel app market in Hungary saw notable trends across the top 5 applications on the unified platform, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Wizz Air - Book Flights showed a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting from 3.7K at the end of March and peaking at 4.6K in mid-June. Its weekly active users followed a similar trend, rising from around 11.9K to 14.4K by mid-June.

Ryanair also experienced growth in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads increased from 2.4K at the end of March to 3.6K in mid-June. Active users saw a rise from approximately 9.8K to 12.4K over the same period.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker demonstrated a consistent performance in terms of revenue, with weekly earnings hovering around $1K to $1.4K. Downloads showed an upward trend, especially in June, reaching up to 3.5K. Active users grew from 12.9K at the end of March to 15.8K by mid-June.

eSky - Flights, Hotels & Deals saw a moderate increase in downloads, starting at 776 in late March and reaching 1.1K by the end of June. Active users showed a gradual rise, peaking at 1.9K at the end of June.

Lufthansa had relatively stable download numbers, with a slight peak of 640 in the last week of June. Active users increased from 2.1K at the end of March to approximately 2.5K by the end of June.
